Twenty-four years ago, I walked into a dealership in Ramsey, NJ, aiming for a bookkeeping role — and walked out a salesperson. Within months, I became the store’s top performer, and within a year, its Financial Services Manager. That early momentum launched a two-decade career that saw me help build one of the top 10 dealerships in the country for its brand.
As my career evolved, so did my focus. I transitioned to luxury and exotic brands like Nissan-Infiniti, Ford, BMW, and Ferrari — where I discovered a deeper appreciation for automobiles as rolling works of art. My time with Ferrari, in particular, sparked a passion for Formula 1 — a world of design, drama, and global energy that captivated me instantly.After two decades of success at the same dealership, Richard shifted gears to focus on luxury and exotic automotive brands, including Nissan-Infiniti, Ford, BMW, and Ferrari. These experiences reignited his passion for cars—not as commodities but as artful machines designed to inspire. Working with Ferrari also introduced Richard to Formula 1, sparking a fascination with the sport’s blend of engineering mastery, fierce competition, and global camaraderie.
My inspirations range from Steve Jobs and Warren Buffett to Daniel Boulud and Masaharu Morimoto. Their obsession with detail and relentless pursuit of excellence have shaped how I approach everything — from luxury travel to automotive art.

Over the past few years, I’ve immersed myself in South America, especially São Paulo — a city that instantly felt like a second home. Now, I’m doing the same in Peru — walking through ancient ruins in Cusco by day, and tasting ceviche in Lima by night.
